The transmissivity of Lithium fluoride crystal ranges from vacuum ultraviolet 110nm to infrared 6.0 μ M is the material with the best transmittance in the vacuum ultraviolet region. This crystal is widely used for preparing optical windows, lenses, prisms, and refractive elements in the ultraviolet visible infrared field. Low refractive index allows for direct use of crystals without the need for anti reflective coatings. Lithium fluoride crystal can also be used as X-ray detector crystal and coating material of OLED display screen.
