Lanthanu m strontium aluminate (LaSrAlO4)

Strontium aluminate lanthanu m crystal has no twinning and phase transition from melting point to low temperature. It has the same structure as High-temperature superconductivity YBCO. Compared with other substrates, the<001>plane exhibits moderate lattice mismatch with YBCO<001>. (2.5-3.5%). Meanwhile, the thermal expansion coefficient of this crystal is lower than that of other perovskite crystals, which can deposit thin films at lower temperatures, improve lattice mismatch, and reduce stress.
