Gadolinium gallium garnet (GGG)

Gadolinium gallium garnet (GGG) is a special type of magneto optical thin film substrate. GGG single crystal substrates with different tangential directions can be optimally matched with the lattice of YIG and large thin film magneto-optical materials, thereby ensuring the successful epitaxial growth of YIG and large thin films. GGG crystal is also the best substrate material for making microwave isolators.

Dihedral Technology(DHD) Co., Ltd. manufacture and processing/provide multiple specifications and high quality GGG crystal, targets, materials.

Applications

Gadolinium gallium garnet (GGG) is a special type of magneto optical thin film substrate.

Features
