Gallium Oxide Ga2O3(Powder)

The raw material of high-purity gallium oxide powder is white triangular crystalline particles. Slightly soluble in hot acid or alkaline solutions; Insoluble in water. Heating to red in a hydrogen gas stream reduces it to gallium oxide.

It can be used to produce gallium oxide single crystals, gadolinium gallium garnet, semiconductor luminescent materials, solar energy, and special glass, and can also be used as metallurgical additives.
